FaceTime Interior Design

More and more, I find myself giving advice to people seeking design guidance online. While it can be a little trickier to communicate without seeing the space in person, with some effort and collaboration from both the client and designer, we can come up with truly creative ideas and effective solutions to even the most challenging situations. This process often leads to unique and personalized results that satisfy everyone involved.

How is works:

It’s a simple, straightforward process. You’ll start by sharing your design dilemma or new project, along with a few photos or a brief description. From there, I’ll take the time to create a personalized plan, concept, or solution tailored to your space and goals—it’s really that easy! We can connect through email for a quick exchange or schedule a FaceTime or Zoom call for a more interactive, visual session.

Stage 1:

Book an appointment at inviting_interiors@me.com with a brief description of the job, dilemma or new project or plan. I can usually tell how much time the job will take and I will estimate the hours needed. This is the stage where we find out if we’re a “good fit” for each other.

Stage 2:

Home owners are encouraged to share as much information as possible—measurements, photos, and even samples when available. From there, I provide detailed plans, curated colour palettes, fabric recommendations, and inspired ideas to bring the project beautifully together.

I’ve noticed that many design and décor discussions online are filled with well-intentioned but unqualified advice. When someone seeks input, it usually means they’re ready to invest in meaningful change. Unfortunately, amateur guidance can lead to hesitation, confusion, or even dated results. My goal is to offer professional clarity—a thoughtful, experienced perspective that helps the home owner move forward with confidence and style.

Paint Colour Consulting

Building a strong relationship with your Interior Designer is the key to a successful project. It’s important to discover if our styles and communication align—because great design starts with great collaboration. I take the time to listen carefully, provide thoughtful, informed solutions, and explain each recommendation clearly so you feel confident in every choice.

This service is ideal for quick, expert guidance on important design decisions—like selecting paint colours, floor stains, or cabinet finishes. Spend at least one focused hour with me, and together we’ll make choices that transform your space beautifully.

Designer on the Spot

In our journey to redo a space, we may have a vision but can get stuck finding the right pieces, style, or colours. This program offers my services for 2-4 hours, usable all at once or split in half, in your home, for sourcing, or while shopping. Designer Side by Side

"Designer Side by Side" offers flexible design services without a contract, ideal for larger projects needing drawings, schedules, and sourcing. Start To Finish

Just as the title suggests, this is the full service. This service will be contract based and can start even before you move or purchase your home. “Start To Finish” will take you right to the finish - ensuring all the construction is complete and the dust is settled. These hours may be estimated depending on the size of your project and or a flat rate given for the entire project.
